Read this first. Pillar Health Co. is a digital storefront, not a medical provider. Nothing on this website is medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician about your individual situation.
1. Not medical advice
The content on this site — including blog posts, product descriptions, before/after images, customer testimonials, the My Progress dashboard, and any AI-generated suggestions — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on Pillar.
2. Individual results vary
Stories, testimonials, portraits, before/after photos, and weight-loss progress charts shown on Pillar are not predictive of your results. Outcomes depend on your starting health, adherence, diet, exercise, genetics, side effects, and your clinician's plan. Some patients see no meaningful change or experience adverse effects. There is no guarantee of any specific outcome.
3. FDA & compounded medications
FDA-approved medications are labeled as such on the product page. Compounded preparations (including but not limited to peptide combinations and hormone formulations) are not FDA-approved as combination products. They are prepared by US-licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to a valid prescription written for an identified patient. Compounded products do not undergo the same premarket review for safety, efficacy, or manufacturing quality as FDA-approved drugs.
Statements about supplements, vitamins, or wellness products on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
4. Off-label and investigational uses
Some medications discussed on Pillar may be prescribed off-label by clinicians. Off-label prescribing is legal and common, but means the medication is being used for an indication, dose, or population not described in the FDA label. Discuss the risks and benefits with your clinician.
5. No clinician-patient relationship from browsing
Browsing this site, reading content, or submitting an intake does not, by itself, create a clinician-patient relationship. A relationship is formed only after an independent US-licensed clinician — contracted through our provider network, Architek Health — reviews your intake and accepts you into care.
6. Emergencies
Pillar is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, suicidal thoughts, severe allergic reaction, chest pain, stroke symptoms, or any other urgent condition, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For mental health crises in the US, you can also call or text 988.
7. Side effects and reporting
All medications carry risk of side effects, some serious. Read all materials provided with your medication, follow your clinician's instructions, and report adverse events to your clinician immediately. You may also report adverse events to the FDA MedWatch program at fda.gov/safety/medwatch.
8. Pregnancy, nursing, and minors
Many medications offered through Pillar are contraindicated in pregnancy or while nursing, or are not appropriate for patients under 18. Disclose pregnancy status and age accurately on intake; intentional misrepresentation may result in account termination.
9. State availability
Pillar is available in 48 states and Washington, D.C. We are not currently available in Mississippi or Alaska. Programs are only available where partner clinicians are licensed. Availability changes and may be limited or suspended in your state without notice.
