Returns & Refund Policy

Pillar does not accept new treatment orders or process treatment payments. Starting a treatment sends you to an independent third-party platform. That provider's terms govern its prices, charges, cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.

Review the destination provider's terms

Before submitting information or making a payment, review the terms and privacy notice on the care partner's site. Questions about a transaction made there should be directed to that provider using the contact information shown on its website.

Prescription products

Prescription medications generally cannot be returned or reused after they have been dispensed. The dispensing pharmacy or external treatment provider will explain any replacement or refund options that apply to a specific transaction.
