Returns & Refund Policy

You buy your treatment plan from Pillar, on Pillar's own care site. Independent licensed clinicians decide whether to prescribe, and licensed pharmacies dispense any medication they prescribe.

Your treatment plan terms

Each plan is a bundled treatment plan for the price shown on its product page, with no fees beyond that price. A monthly plan includes clinician review, your medication if prescribed, and ongoing care, and is billed monthly. Any other plan includes clinician review and your medication if prescribed.

• Renewal. Every monthly plan renews each month until you cancel.
• Cancelling. To cancel, click Cancel in your account.
• Refunds. No refunds once your medication ships.

Prescription products

Prescription medications generally cannot be returned or reused after they have been dispensed.
