Pillar does not operate a first-party treatment checkout or fulfillment service. When you start a treatment through an approved link, the care partner and any dispensing pharmacy are responsible for fulfillment and shipping information.

Timing, tracking, and packaging

Delivery timing, tracking, packaging, temperature controls, replacement options, and shipping fees vary by provider, pharmacy, medication, and destination. Review the information shown on the care partner's site before proceeding.

State availability

Treatment availability depends on clinician licensure, pharmacy coverage, medication restrictions, and the destination provider's service area. The secure treatment questionnaire will determine whether a program is available in your state.
