What shipping costs

Shipping is always free. We do not add a delivery charge to any treatment, in any state where we operate.

How long delivery takes

We use 2-day shipping: once the dispensing pharmacy has shipped your treatment, delivery takes 1–2 days.

We do not publish a pharmacy processing time, because there is no single accurate number to publish. Every treatment is reviewed by a US-licensed clinician before a pharmacy can prepare it, and how long that review and preparation take depends on your own medical information and on what the clinician needs from you. Please read 2-day shipping as transit time after dispatch, not as an order-to-delivery estimate.

Where we ship

Pillar is available in 48 states and Washington, D.C. We are not currently available in Mississippi or Alaska, and we do not ship to either state. Some treatments carry additional state-specific restrictions, and the secure treatment questionnaire will confirm whether a program is available where you live.

Tracking, packaging, and questions about a shipment

Tracking, packaging, and any temperature controls are handled by the dispensing pharmacy, and vary by pharmacy, treatment, and destination. Email support@getpillarhealth.com or contact the dispensing pharmacy about a shipment already in transit. See our Returns & refund policy for related guidance.
